- X-Ray (1 body part)
- Vaccine administration (Tetanus)
- EKG
- Wound care (simple)
- Nebulizer
- Medication Injections
- Earwax Removal
- Foreign Body Removal
Level 3 ($250)
- IV Fluids
- X-Ray (2 or more body parts)
- Laceration/stitches
- Wound care (complex)
- I & D (abscess/cyst removal)
- Splinting (Casting be additional cost)
- Reduction (Dislocation management)
Covid-19 Testing
All in-house performed Covid-19 tests are rapid and results return within 60 minutes
- Covid RT-PCR – $220
- Covid Antigen – $130
DOT Physical - $110
General Physical without testing/labs: $110 (additional costs are associated with any lab, X-RAY or EKG testing)
TB screen (non provider visit )-$80
Tetanus vaccination (non provider visit )-$80
Camp, Sports Physical - $35
